Where to start? Worst hotel ever!
On the arrival we were placed in a tiny room in the old building which waa really not what we booked. After complaining at the front desk they moved to another room but next day! What a joke they do this to many people and the front desk even asked tips and money to do that! Some clients unfortunately paid!! Very bad
Hotel is very old and out to date. Matresses old as well and not comfy. Aircon in the room up and down. Mostly hotels 2 and 3 stars are much better. No english at all!!! Only russian, so if you are not russian better dont go
Sea and beach are fine as well as pool.
Let s go to the main part: Food. Simply disgusting
Very very cheap, overcooked food. Everyday same, using frozen and cans ingredients. Mosquitos everywhere, dirty plates, we found in different times also that oue crokery and glasses they were so dirty!! Felt sick !!
Guest relation ignored my points. This waa really worst vacation ever. Just want to help that what happened to me will not happen to others

Disappointing

Very interesting building, premium alcohol at some bars. That’s about it
Food is a very big disappointment. Very limited options, no taste, often overcooked meat and undercooked rice. Very limited choice of fruits and vegetables. Only apples, oranges, pears and tomatoes and cucumbers.
Animation not so great as well. There is no space for everyone to sit and watch show. No music in the bars.
Beach is far, you have to go via busy street. Very limited sun loungers at the beach, very small bar and snack cafe.

Das Restaurant des Hotels und das Verhalten der Touristen. Es war nur ein Abend, wenn Fisch und Sushi vorgeschlagen wurden, jedoch haben wir kaum davon bekommen, da Touristen sofort alles von Teller weggenommen haben. Schlimmste ist, dass zum Restaurant nur einen Eingang gab, und als ob die Zahl der Tische für Gäste drin falsch berechnet wurde. Das kann man auch sagen, wenn's um Strandplätze geht.
Ewige Schlangen an jeder Bar - man soll immer dazu vorbereitet sein.
